Where is your studio located?

Our Studio is located at 2630 West Seville Drive in Avon Park, Florida and serves all of Central Florida.

Can you please tell me about pricing?
You can find pricing information on our website under our pricing link.

How do I reserve a session?
Please call our studio during normal business hours or send us an email at info@sweetberryphotography.com. You can also fill out a contact form and have us call you. Creative fees are due within 48 hours of booking your session.

What do the digital packages come with?
Please refer to our pricing page. The digital packages include the creative session fee and the product items listed.

Do you offer discounts?
We have specials all year round at various times. Please signup for our newsletter so you are informed when we have specials and watch our Facebook page and participate in our referral program for credits and free sessions.

Do you provide clothing for maternity?
Yes, we have several gowns available at no cost to you. We do offer clothing for girls newborn to sitter age. We do not provide clothing for men, but we do have a limited number of sitter boy outfits.

Do you have clothing for newborns and props?
Yes, we have tons! You really do not need to bring anything but formula and a pacifier! We have samples of set designs and some outfits on our website to give you an idea of the many unique things we have. For special requests, please let us know in advance of your session.

How long are your sessions?
Maternity – approximately one hour . 

Newborn – approximately 3-4 hours.

Family – approximately one hour.

Children anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on session and age.

Please know there is no “timer” on our sessions, the above is an estimate and sessions may take less or more time to obtain the outcome you may desire.

My baby has acne do you retouch?
Yes, basic skin retouching is included. For extra retouching (color changes, head swaps, tattoo removal) extra charges may apply.

Do you provide nude photography?
Not typically, but we will upon request for maternity photography only and discretion is provided.

How long does it take to see my photos? 

We will typically send your online gallery for you to choose your images within 2-3 weeks of your session.

How many pictures do I get?
This depends on the package you purchase. 

Do you give RAW images?
No, we do not give raw images.

Can I have the originals?
We do not give original images to clients.

What if I do not want retouching?
During the ordering session we provide “soft proofing” which means your images are not retouched ahead of time. You choose your images and the level of retouching that you desire.

Can I bring my dog?
We allow pets in the studio, please contact the studio to discuss our pet photography options.

Can I order more digital images later?
We can only guarantee holding images for 90 days, however we store our images on backups and usually we can go back and retrieve images files but this is not a guarantee.  Additional image requests do have a fee associated.

Do you do cake smashes for children?
Yes, we do, however you must bring the cake and balloons.  We do offer balloon arches for an additional fee of $75.

Do you photograph children?
Oh yes! For over 15 years and I have 5 of my own. Browse our Facebook Business Page for samples.

Is hair/makeup included?
It is not, however we can recommend a stylist and makeup artist upon request.

I have pre booked my newborn session, now what? What if my baby comes early or late?

We request that all clients e-mail or call within 24-48 hours of having your baby. Most babies are booked anywhere from 5-10 or even 12 or 14 days depending on the weight of the baby. Letting us know when you have your baby early enough to allow time for rescheduling and adjusting to accommodate your newborn session within a first 10 days of delivery.

I missed the newborn window and my baby is now 2 months old can you still take them?
We photograph babies of any age. Your baby is no longer a newborn. however you can still book a session.

Please understand the baby most likely will not be able to do newborn poses or wraps and they are usually awake and we can not guarantee specific poses.
